When you use the NetNubby platform which consists of a website, Chrome browser extension and network API (“Service“), you may not, nor may you encourage or assist any third party to:
I. use the Service to store, link to or transmit any inappropriate or hazardous content (even if constitutionally protected), such as content that is, contains or promotes:
1) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including “hurtcore”;
2) sexual services;
3) sexual content in profiles;
4) human smuggling or trafficking;
5) illegal, unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, libelous or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;
6) violations of the legal rights of another person or organization;
7) violations or infringement of the intellectual property rights, or the privacy or publicity rights of any person or entity, or that may otherwise be unlawful or give rise to civil or criminal liability;
8) private information of another person without their express permission;
9) counterfeit goods and services;
10) stolen goods;
11) marketing or advertising offerings from you or others
12) unauthorized multi-level marketing businesses;
13) illegal drugs and controlled substances;
14) products made from endangered or protected species;
15) unlawful or fraudulent activity or hoaxes;
16) phishing schemes, forgery or other similar falsification or manipulation of data;
17) unsolicited or unauthorized junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise;
18) a denial of service attack, software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files or programs such as Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or spyware; or
19) circumventing, removing, altering, deactivating, degrading or thwarting any technological or security measure or content protections of the Service
II. reproduce, modify, alter, tamper with, repair or create derivative works of the Service;
III. use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service (or any network connected to the Service), interfere with any other party’s use of the Service, or use any device, software or routine that causes the same;
IV. sell, lend, rent, resell, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer any of the rights granted to you with respect to the Service to any third party;
V. use, reproduce or remove any copyright, trademark, trade names, slogan, logos, images, service marks, fonts or other proprietary notations displayed on or through the Service;
VI. remove, obscure or alter any proprietary rights notice pertaining to the Service;
VII. use the Service in connection with the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation, communication systems, medical devices, air traffic control devices, real time control systems or other situations in which the failure of the Service could lead to death, personal injury, or physical property or environmental damage;
VIII. access or attempt to access other Service accounts, computer systems or networks through password mining or any other means; or
IX. use the Service in any manner or for any purpose that is inconsistent with this Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, any User Guides or any other policy, instruction or terms applicable to the Service that are available on the Service.
Lack of a specific rule against a certain behavior does not indicate acceptance of that behavior. Let’s make the community worth participating in.
